“To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the safety and reliability of my leased vehicle. I have been experiencing ongoing issues that pose a serious safety risk. Approximately two months into my lease, I began experiencing electrical problems with the vehicle. The most concerning issue is the car's tendency to shut down unexpectedly while driving, which has escalated over time.
