“I am writing to report a serious and ongoing safety issue with my vehicle. While I was actively driving in traffic, my car suddenly shut off completely without warning. This occurred while the vehicle was in motion, creating an immediate and dangerous situation. During this incident, the steering wheel locked up multiple times while I was driving, making it extremely difficult to control the vehicle and safely maneuver through traffic. This put not only my safety at risk, but also the safety of other drivers on the road. …”

Two times this has happened in a parking lot and was relatively safe when it happened, but the other two times have been while driving on the freeway at freeway speeds. On all occasions, the entire dash will flicker a couple times, while the engine will sputter and then shut off. When this happens ALL systems including brakes, dashboard, engine, and steering are completely inoperable. Twice this has happened on the freeway while moving at freeway speeds. …”
