“Owner put new goodyear assurance tires on the vehicle on 12/31/10 at a goodyear dealership. In spring 2013 all four tires started losing air, and the low tire pressure light on the dash illuminated. The owner brought the car back to the goodyear dealer, who stated that the tires are fine, but that the oem chrome wheels are degrading, causing small gaps for the air to leak out. Now in summer 2013 the air leaks out so quickly that the low tire pressure lights come on in less than one week after a complete refilling. …”

The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the valve stem failed and needed to be replaced. The contact had the vehicle repaired; however, the failure recurred and the tire began to leak. The contact had the vehicle repaired a second time. The failure recurred to the rear driver side tire. …”
