“I am writing to report an issue with the windshield durability on my 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ. Over the past three weeks, I’ve experienced three separate instances where small rocks struck the windshield while I was driving, each impact resulting in a crack or chip. In my experience with previous vehicles, similar impacts would rarely, if ever, result in such immediate damage, which raises concerns about the material or design of this particular windshield. This frequent damage has quickly become costly and frustrating. …”
