“I am submitting this complaint to report a significant safety system failure in my 2025 Cadillac XT4 during an accident that occurred on April 12, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. During the incident: •The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) did not activate, and I was unable to stop in time to avoid a collision. •Neither the driver nor passenger airbags deployed, despite sufficient impact that should have triggered deployment. •OnStar Automatic Crash Response did not activate, nor was I contacted by any emergency response service through the vehicle. …”
