It was really bad...but we still had a great time. We had it towed at no expense by a guy we met while on the interstate he helped us to safety and towed the broken Cadillac to a repair shop for repair however the repair guy said it was unrepairable due to the damages that occurred. So I left it there outta town and we flew back home. So now I'm out a vehicle and the repair shop's phone number is in disconnect and has no website. …”
NHTSA complaint #11377981, filed 2020-12, 55,000 miles2024: “While driving the complete dash will go black: no radio, gauges, speedometer, etc. The total blackout lasts for about 30-45 seconds and then different gauges, speedometer, etc will slowly come back to life. During this blackout period I have no idea of my speed nor what other functions, like ABS, might be off-line also.”
