“On July 28, 2025, while driving the vehicle on public street, a warning flashed that the brakes have failed. In fact the brakes were totally inoperative. Driver was able to clear traffic and exit the roadway without incident. The Cadillac dealership found no issue with the brakes, but did update the brake control module. In March, 2026 a crack in the windshield appeared. Safelite Company was unable to replace the windshield, as their computer showed several modular errors, preventing them from recalibrating a new windshield. …”
