The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, she heard an abnormal popping sound coming from an unknown location. Additionally, there was a screeching sound coming from the brakes. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the rear passenger’s side shock absorber. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. …”

The contact stated while driving 30 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle failed to respond as needed. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle, the vehicle started shaking abnormally while driving. The contact pulled over the right side of the road and turned off the vehicle. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after several minutes. The contact was that while at the residence the vehicle was turned off and failed to restart. …”
