“Cadilliac 2019 XT4 white in color brand new tires and rims ..engine blew up while traveling to a party with my girlfriends outta town. It was really bad...but we still had a great time. We had it towed at no expense by a guy we met while on the interstate he helped us to safety and towed the broken Cadillac to a repair shop for repair however the repair guy said it was unrepairable due to the damages that occurred. So I left it there outta town and we flew back home. So now I'm out a vehicle and the repair shop's phone number is in disconnect and has no website. …”

The contact stated while driving 30 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle failed to respond as needed. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle, the vehicle started shaking abnormally while driving. The contact pulled over the right side of the road and turned off the vehicle. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after several minutes. The contact was that while at the residence the vehicle was turned off and failed to restart. …”

The vehicle was taken to Auto Zone, where it was diagnosed and determined that the EVAP pump (Evaporative Emissions System) was leaking. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or to an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. Additionally, the contact noticed that the fuel mileage of the vehicle was fluctuating. The contact stated that the vehicle made an abnormal sputtering sound and delayed starting while pressing the Push to Start button. …”
