Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Engine problem loss of power intermittently no reverse. They replaced clutch parts seals, piston, rings, plates, and plates. Had Vehicle for about 22 days. Driving home after repairs completed. Cluster display- instrument panel went out. Called Dealer and Cadillac assistance. Says there nothing they can do until Cadillac releases a fix. I believe vehicle is a safety risk for the second time with no remedy for instrument panel not functioning. Thank you Greg”
