“While pulling inside of the garage driver applied the brakes and pedal went to the floor. Vehicle suddenly accelerated. Consumer was not able to maintain control the vehicle. This caused the vehicle to hit the door of the garage. Consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic could not duplicate the problem. Consumer informed the mechanic that the problem recurred.”
