“The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 65 MPH when a semi-truck crashed into the rear of the vehicle on the driver's side of the vehicle. The vehicle began to spin, causing it to go into the lane the semi-truck was in, and it was hit on the driver's side of the vehicle several times. The vehicle ended up crashing into the median and coming to a stop. The air bags did not deploy. The contact received neck injuries, spinal injuries, headaches, consistent ringing of the ears, shoulder injuries, and hip injuries. …”
