“Rearview camera and back up camera constantly not functioning and going black while and motion or backing up. Car acts like there is something in front of it (like a wall) on certain roads and does not want to accelerate to turn/pull out from a stopped position. I have had this vehicle for 2 months. I have had a car prior to this that did this before and stopped and left me stranded on a busy road and caused an accident. I can't believe this car is acting like this!”

NHTSA complaint #11414919, filed 2021-05, 8,665 miles

“After driving the vehicle for random periods of time and at random speeds, all the TPMS sensors will give alarms and then register as dashes on the dashboard. It gives alarms for each tire as each tire goes out until all of them go out. They will reset after a random period of time and start to show the pressure again.”

NHTSA complaint #11404794, filed 2021-03, 10,500 miles

“I started receiving the message “steering assist reduced, drive with care” although I’ve noticed no reduction in power steering. This has happened multiple times. The A/C stops working, the Temperature Gauge moves to 0 degrees and the engine fan goes to maximum speed. I have noted that this is a common issue with the Blazer.”

NHTSA complaint #11662174, filed 2025-05

“My car will be running fine but the lights on the AC panel wont work. My car will stop and shut down while driving. Ive taken it in for service and they told me my battery cabels were lose. The second time it happened I got a notification of low battery level and it shut off and will not start. I just replace the battery 2 years ago. The service department tested my battery and said it was fine”

NHTSA complaint #11735381, filed 2026-05

“Check engine light on, message saying steering assist reduced drive with care , engine temperature gauge not moving from C, and AC not working. I have taken it in to be fixed 3x, and they have fixed it 2/3 times but the message has come back again. It is a big issue in 2019/2020 blazers according to my research.”
