“I was turning into an apartment complex parking lot in noted vehicle when the vehicle suddenly accelerated sending me into the side of the apartment building. I was in the process of applying the brake when this occurred. There was no time to react or avoid the side of building and I incurred damage to both my vehicle and the side of the building.”

NHTSA complaint #11288422, filed 2019-12, 19,000 miles

“Upper control arm, right hand side, went bad and needed replacement in under 20,000 miles. Detected with a clunking noise, and confirmed when I went in for alignment. It was replaced before it broke, but a broken control arm is a major safety risk.”

NHTSA complaint #11244393, filed 2019-08, 20,000 miles

“For a while now, my truck has been aggressively shaking when I hit highway speeds so I've spent money getting balances and alignments and tires to try and fix the issue, but nothing works. I've also been having acceleration issues, but when I take it to a shop to be looked at, nobody can find the problem. Then a few days ago, I was on the highway doing around 65 or so in the rain and it did its usual shaking. I lost control, the truck spun out and hit the wall. The cop came and asked if my truck had been doing any shaking. I told him yes... …”
