“I have been driving my 1998 chevy Corvette and noticed while washing it that the factory wheels had cracks. I corrected the failure by having them replaced before they failed completely causing severe damage to people and property.”

He took the vehicle to his mechanic to have it inspected and to have new tires put on the vehicle and the mechanic noticed that three out of the four rims had cracked. The consumer does not drive this vehicle in the winter months. He called GM and they wanted him to bring the vehicle to one of their dealers to have it inspected and the lady at GM would not answer his question if other vehicles had this problem.”
