Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Vehicle has had a noise when backing up coming from the rear since I bought it in 2007, complained to eagle Chevrolet-say its normal and they did nothing. Now had rear differential problems and had to pay to have it drained and refilled. Gm fluid-GM refuses to re-imburse. Car no longer has that noise. Could have caused major issues and an accident if it was not repaired. Complaint about lack of warranty service when new.”
