“The contact owns a 2008 Chevrolet Corvette. The contact stated that the vehicle was making an abnormal noise. The dealer diagnosed that the clutch and rear axle needed to be replaced. The contact could not determine if the failure was repaired. Additionally, the driver and passenger doors would not open. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,000.”

While driving at speeds of 67 MPH, the left rear suspension failed causing the vehicle to veer off of the road and crash into a telephone pole. The contact suffered major injuries consisting of a herniated disc and severe headaches. The police arrived and a police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 5,125 and the current mileage was 5,125.”
