According to the police report, another driver failed to yield while exiting a private driveway and struck the front of my vehicle while I was stopped in the center turn lane preparing to turn left. As the vehicle entered my lane, I pressed the horn continuously in an attempt to alert the driver. My right hand was positioned on the horn pad in the center of the steering wheel. At the moment of impact, the driver airbag deployed while my hand remained on the horn pad. …”
