Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My Onstar feature does not work at all. So there is no emergency notification in the event of an accident. The dealer ordered the module to repair the problem but GM keeps canceling the order. There has been reports of the engine stalling, I have not experienced that yet so I do not drive the vehicle much for that reason.”
