Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Occasionally after indicating and making a right turn, the turn signal stalk will snap back far enough to cause the left turn signal to be enabled for three flashes (i.e. lane change mode). This has happened to me at least a dozen times since I've owned this car, and as far as I can tell, only happens after right turns.”

NHTSA complaint #11638728, filed 2025-01

“The system that failed is the headlight design. I was driving home this evening in a moderate snowstorm, and the snow accumulated and completely blocked the headlights. It was nearly impossible to see the road in the dark without the lights providing adequate lighting. This put the safety of my wife and me (the passengers), and all other cars on the road at risk. This can't easily be reproduced without a snowstorm, particularly wet snow that catches and does not just brush off, but instead accumulates in the recessed light design.”

NHTSA complaint #11720555, filed 2026-02

“When driving in or snowy conditions, the recessed headlights fill with snow, slush ice rendering the headlights useless. It can be very hard to see as the headlights are essentially covered.”
