“I bought the car 2 years ago, in which the vehicle had/has nonconformed issues since the immediately after the sale of purchase. The car has been in the shop (and is currently there) for 2 years. I have been paying for my own transportation(lyft, car rentals, etc) in addition to my car payments for over a year.”

NHTSA complaint #11269875, filed 2019-10, 140,000 miles“I had my Equinox repaired under the recall for oil consumption, yet it is still burning oil. The heat and AC are not working properly, to get heat I have to turn the dial back and forth and maybe it will work most of the time I have to drive about a half a mile for it to blow heat. The AC is just not working at all. The info panel in the center of the dash will go out and come back on later. While driving, the car will just slow down like I'm not pressing the accelerator at all. …”
NHTSA complaint #11322961, filed 2020-05, 15,476 miles“While my vehicle is moving/driving I hear a loud clunking noise from the bottom of the car..I think it's the front or rear suspension leaf spring area.”
NHTSA complaint #10326818, filed 2010-04, 4,000 miles“When slowly turning the steering wheel to the right all the way to almost the very end and while advancing at a very low speed, there's a small high pitch noise and thunk of a sound that can be heard from the front-left of the vehicle, if the radio and ventilation is quite down. It does not sound healthy and is quite disturbing knowing that there's only 3500km on this 2010 Chevrolet Equinox ls would there be other complaints likewise? And please investigate. Thank you”
