The contact stated that while driving at various speeds and attempting to make a left turn, the steering wheel became difficult to turn. In addition, the contact stated that the brake pedal was depressed and the vehicle spun out of control. As a result, the contact crashed into a tree on the front driver side. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained head and back injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. …”
