“Vehicle was involved in a collision while driving at 35 MPH. Vehicle was hit on the front and the passenger sides. Upon impact, none of the air bags deployed, and driver's side seat belt failed to retract. As a result, consumer hit the steering wheel and sustained a concussion. Vehicle sustained extensive damage. Manufacturer's investigator after inspecting the air bags indicated the reason that they didn't deploy was because they weren't hit right.”
