“I was in an accident where a drunk driver pulled out in front of me. I waw traveling at 55 and he drive in front of me without stopping from a side road. I swerved to miss him while applying the brakes. We collided I hit him with the driver front fender, where it crushes the fender and started peeling the driver door back. After the impact I continued through a ditch up onto a hill and struck a tree around 6 in diameter. I believe I was doing 40-50 when I struck the other vehicle and 25 when I struck the tree. The air bags did not deploy.”

“The vehicle was in a collision that occurred to the front of the vehicle causing the seat belts to lock up a burst of compressed air to come from the dash, the hazards to engage and the dome lights to engage, the vehicle then was taken into get repaired at a certified dealership, after dealing with the dealership and General Motors we find out the sensor did engage for the airbags to deploy but the airbags failed to deploy properly or break through the dash, the dealership and manufacturer are now not wanting to find out why this is doing this and just put a new airbag baffle in and call it…”
