Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I am 6'2 tall. The shoulder straps on both the drivers and passenger side do not adjust up far enough to protect me in the event of a crash. The straps slip down below my shoulder. This is due to the fact that the WT model does not have power seats, so I am unable to lower my seating position to a safe level. If the seat could be lowered, the shoulder straps would sit properly above my shoulder. In the event of a crash the shoulder strap will be totally useless.”
