NHTSA complaint #11745466, filed 2026-06

“3 weeks ago all the warning lights went off. The vehicle is still under warranty. I brought it to the dealership. They denied the warranty because of mud that was caked on the undercarriage damaging the wiring and steering assembly. This truck was used on a dirt driveway that gets wet and muddy during the spring. That is what a truck is for. I believe there is a manufacturing defect that caused this problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11756905, filed 2026-08

“There are two systems that are a hazard and dangerous on the Silverado EV. The First one is the Automatic High Beams. The Auto high beams will continuously flash other drivers on the road. This can blind other drivers and possibly case a crash. The other Dangerous safety feature on the vehicle is the Automatic Emergency Braking. The AEB feature when crawling behind another vehicle in bumber to bumper traffic will randomly just slam on the brakes unnecessarily which could cause a rear end collision. …”

NHTSA complaint #11637021, filed 2025-01

“Onstar no longer working and the Onstar Module that needs to replaced is on backorder with no time frame of getting the part. Happening to many GM vehicles with Onstar.”
