“Said tires are rated at 50,000 miles. The tire indicated was separating and causing the steering to shake and at low speeds the vehicle was wobbling. That tire was replaced at a adjusted cost. Now I have another tire of the same set doing the same thing and I'll have to have it replaced. They are replacing it with the ss 20 tire. While driving 70-75 MPH, rear driver side tire experienced tread separation. Consumer lost control of vehicle, veered off road, rolled a couple of times, and then hit a tree. Consumer suffered a separated left shoulder/4 broken ribs/punctured lung, and cuts on face. Vehicle was totalled. Tire mileage appox. 40,000 miles, tire size 311050r15.”
