“We have now had to replace all four of our door handles. The black plastic and hardware just rots away. Eventually you pull on the door handle and the piece breaks off of the car and hangs by one remaining fixture. Money pit for sure.”

Upon further investigation, I could see that the whole hatchback glass was sagging on one side. I realized that the components that held the glass to the frame was badly cracked and starting to let go. I had bought the extended warranty, but was told this was a glass issue, and would not be covered. …”

The consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer and was told that the warranty had expired, however they had seen the same thing happen on same make and model vehicles. The dealer told consumer that eventually the entire window would come off. The manufacture was contacted, and stated that they would not repair the window at their cost.”
