“The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. When the brake pedal was depressed, the LED strobe lights in the second and third row seats flashed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure occurred on numerous occasions. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 4,000.”

The contact stated that the failure occurred for the past two months every time the vehicle was driven at night. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact stated that there was a manufacturer communications number (pi1268b) in reference to the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.”
