“I was hit I entered an intersection by a large semi/gravel truck that I did not see because there was a semi on the other side closer to me and going slower. It hit my left front driver side hard enough to spin my car across 2 lanes with a lot of damage. My airbags did not deploy. I hit my head along with other bruising. I am worried that the airbags did not deploy and do not want this to happen to someone else. I am worried that if it had been closer to the cab I would not be alive.”
NHTSA complaint #11328403, filed 2020-06, 35,000 miles“I had pulled away from back door of store after dropping off a donation. I drove about 30 feet when my passenger side rear door popped open and tapped a fence post. Every airbag went off in the vehicle, except for the steering wheel. I could not have been going more than 5mph. It sounded like an explosion went off and frightened me terribly as I am claustrophobic and was trapped in the vehicle. The insurance agent, and tow service said that that door hitting a fence post should not have blown every airbag in the vehicle. …”

The electrical usb outlets short making device projection feature, at time while using carcharger/cigarette lighter dc outlet.”

The contact indicated that during the crash no air bags were deployed and the front driver and front passenger seat belts did not retract. After the incident, the front driver's side and front passenger side seat belts remained inoperable and the air bag warning light remained illuminated. No injuries were reported and a police report was filed at the scene. The cause of the failure was not determined. …”
