“When I shift my vehicle into Park and attempt to turn off the car, the computer gives me an error message, Shift to Park, even when the vehicle is securely shifted into park. With this error message engaged, I am unable to turn the vehicle off and lock it. I end up spending several minutes trying to convenience the computer that the car is indeed in park, by shifting it so it registers.”
