2005: “Speedometer first showed speed of 60 when sitting still. I turned off the engine, restarting it 3 times and the speedometer reset. But a few days later it once again stuck and I had just started it. This time at 48 at all times whether the engine is on or off, idling of traveling. It continues to be stuck at 48 at all times, never decreasing or increasing.”

2007: “Hit a pot hole in my Trailblazer as and my airbags deployed, I believe it is a safety issue that they deployed without an impact of any kind, body panels are all fine and in good shape but the bump jard the airbag sensor enough that it deployed them. This in my eyes is a huge problem and could be a big risk for someone because the airbags are malfunctioning.”

NHTSA complaint #11240214, filed 2019-07, 158,000 miles

2003: “Takata recall I have a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer and my SUV was parked in the yard and I went to go to the store and opened my door and found the truck was full of smoke! My driver seat had caught on fire just sitting there. Not even cranked! It destroyed the seat and the top of the SUV and the roof melted all over the truck.”
