“My 2010 Traverse power steering went completely out. Still not working. My truck tends to roll some after being in park on the brakes. My windows power doesn't work thru driver door. My AC stop blowing thru front vents. My seatbelts doesnt work properly. My second row pops up and glide while sitting in the seat. This truck has many problems.”

NHTSA complaint #10579401, filed 2014-04, 60,000 miles

“I experienced a flat tire on my 2010 Chevrolet Traverse lt. After safely pulling off the road and getting the jack and such ready I lowered the spare tire. After 3 hours and 3 people attempting to release the spare tire I decided to have the vehicle towed to the dealership where I purchased the car. The release lever would not let the tire free. Getting my spare tire down should not be that hard.”

NHTSA complaint #10386623, filed 2011-03, 8,000 miles

“2010 Chevrolet Traverse. Consumer writes in regards to air conditioner and power steering failure. The consumer also stated there was an issue with the power window and driver side seat.”

NHTSA complaint #10640994, filed 2014-10, 50,000 miles

“The power steering stops working when slowing down and going into turns. The issue is more noticeable when turning into parking spaces, backing out of parking spaces. It occurs when the air conditioner is on. The dealership said it was the AC compressor and charged us $1200 to change it. The problem still exists. This is very dangerous because I start to turn into somewhere and the power steering stops working making it difficult to turn the wheel. Avoiding an accident would be impossible as the car steering is not responsive. …”

NHTSA complaint #10628133, filed 2014-08, 41,000 miles

“2010 chevy Traverse lt gas gauge is all over the place, was on the empty mark with about 1/8 tank gas left but gauge read full or my gauge to not read correctly; after filling, the gauge would not move the opposite would occur also; the gauge would show the tank with more gas than what I actually had. Hey replaced the float and still not working in fact it's worse.”
