“Has happened on highway and city streets when I accelerate sometimes the rpms get stuck at 4000. And there is also lag from my acceleration when I take off and will get stuck at high rpms when I slow down while coasting and braking only way I've gotten it to stop is by tapping on my gas again.”

Cruise control wont come off unless you hit the brakes 5 or 6 times and randomly speeds up without shifting. When this started happening my gas mileage went way down and the engine light keeps flashing. The codes coming up are cylinder misfire and air fuel ratio. I have talked to several people who said they had a similar issue and their dealership fixed it. I was told there were no recalls and nothing could be done. Not happy”
