“My 2012 Chrysler 300 limited has had two recalls (t36 & v01) at first, the power steering was affected and then the vehicle finally died. I had to stop driving the car before it died because it would not pass inspection with the t36 recall and finally, I have been unable to renew my registration. I have contacted service three times and have not received a call back.”

NHTSA complaint #11210690, filed 2019-05, 66,540 miles

“The airbag never deployed on my vehicle. Car slid down hill and brake were applied but car never stopped. Car always slides a little extra when brakes are applied. Have taken the car to various places over the year Chrysler dealer and geico collision and they all said it is probably me being traumatized from the accident and the car is fine.”

NHTSA complaint #10898443, filed 2016-08, 42,000 miles

“Takata recall, airbag warning light illuminates randomly. Happens while stationary or driving. I believe this is caused by a faulty wire harness. Chrysler has issued a recall (13v118000) for this issue, but my vehicle is not included in the recall. Crystal Chrysler would not do anything about it”

NHTSA complaint #11118811, filed 2018-08, 105,000 miles

“After my vehicle was recalled to replace the air bag inflator; weeks later my air bag light illuminated on the dashboard. Upon diagnosing the illuminated air bag light, local crysler dealership reported that the driver's back bottom seat wiring harness had to be replaced in order to remedy the problem. It was also reported that the issue was not related to the recent recall. Isn't this a manufacturer defect?”
