“This has happened a few times. First , I started my car, after being driven for awhile, then it immediately shutoff and the abs system, traction control, emergency brake, and other lights lit up on my dash and showed in messages “service power steering,” “service abs system,” and “service electronic stability control.” Meanwhile, my power steering goes out, brakes, and air conditioning stop working with all the lights on my dash lit. Then, when you park and turn it off, it won’t start again. Doesn’t even try to start. …”

NHTSA complaint #11483201, filed 2022-09

“about 2 years old, I was with my family driving on the freeway when I felt the car veering to the right going off the road. I tried to correct the steering by pulling it to the left. I was not able to correct this steering as it seemed that the steering wheel was lock. I tried stopping the car from going off the road but the brake pedal was very hard to push. It seemed like the car had lose all power. The car went down the hill off the freeway and hit a huge road sign. I was doing 55 to 60 miles per hour and very mush alert. The car finally came to a stop in the middle of the frontage road. …”

NHTSA complaint #11581765, filed 2024-04, 44,000 miles

“It is obvious that this 2019 Chrysler 300 has the defects that a recall was issued by the NHSTA about. My electrical systems have malfunctioned multiple times causing the vehicle to lock up and die in traffic. The power steering would go out. The car wouldn’t want to shift. Anything and everything that could read information out wrong was going off. The check engine light. The brake system. Transmission. Etc. just everything was lit up on the dash. The car would lock and unlock on its own. The windshield wipers would come on and turn off by themselves. …”
