2001: “I was backing out of my parking turning my squeaky steering wheel and the air bag light came on. I have almost had several accidents because then my horn stopped when the air bag light came on. So I checked the cruise control that don't work either now none of the buttons behind the steering wheel work. I did my research and it seems it's the clockscrew!! How do I get this part????”

1997: “I was driving several months ago and my dash light went black. It stopped working. They did not work for several months. Then a week ago they came back on while I was driving. Tonight, after a week of working dash lights, they suddenly stopped working again as I was driving down the road. What is going on? Please let me know what can be done.”

NHTSA complaint #10499816, filed 2013-02, 68,044 miles

1999: “Takata recall I have just spent $435 to replace the starter assembly in my Chrysler. Had just purchased a new battery. The car only has 60k miles on it. Has there been any recalls for this issue? That seems fairly low miles for a starter replacement.”
