2017: “Lst year our transmission began to make clunking sounds and felt like we were getting rear-ended . Local dealer said it was a needed software update on a computer. Did the repair and worked well for a year. Now, it is starting to do that again but not frequently. I am reporting this because there seems to be quite a few other similar complaints about this.”

I was at a full stop at a stoplight, then when the light turned green, I proceeded forward into the intersection. After pulling into the intersection, the van stalled. I had to put the vehicle into p park and then restart the vehicle. Our family was in the vehicle and had a near miss with oncoming traffic.”
NHTSA complaint #11390078, filed 2021-01, 24,200 miles2006: “The engine cradle on my 2006 Chrysler Pacifica touring is almost completely rusted and cracked through. I took it to the mechanic because it was shaking and bucking and was told to stop driving it because one more bump could break the cradle causing my engine to drop. It will cost thousands of dollars to replace it. More than the car is worth.”
