2024: “I am reporting serious and recurring electrical and system failures in my leased 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack EV, leased March 18, 2025. The vehicle has consistently experienced critical malfunctions that pose a threat to driver and public safety. The most dangerous issue is intermittent complete power failure. On at least four occasions, the vehicle failed to start or respond to keyless ignition. I was left stranded for 20–40 minutes in various locations with no access to power, movement, or control of the vehicle. …”
NHTSA complaint #11669066, filed 2025-06, 4,246 miles2025: “As I pulled out of my driveway, my vehicle’s accelerator failed to respond to my input. The braking system worked flawlessly, with no delay in response. However, when I attempted to accelerate in either forward or reverse, the vehicle took approximately 3–5 seconds to respond to my input. This is a major safety issue.”
