“While driving on a highway I heard a rattle in the engine, then it heard something break off, my brakes became hard I was having trouble stopping. After I couldn't accelerate and the car turned off. While trying to restart my car I could only hear a click then the engine started to smoke. I had recently experienced a harsh gear shift while driving.”

My car is being totaled. I have side impact airbags and headliner airbags. None deployed. My structure is twisted and bent facing the back of my car. My frame, my suspension is mangled.”

But I digress.. I do not beleive they will call me at all for the recall airbag driver's side repair. It has been at least a year and a half , since the recall was issued.”

They said they would fix take care of everything. 3/5/16 received a phone call from them at about 2:00 and was told that they had fixed the car and only had to replace the wire harness. I arrived at there between 3:30-4:00 on 03/05/2016. I paid they then gave me a business card for l.a. Towing told me I would probably need a tow soon. The steering wheel was upside down when I received the car back. …”
