“Received safety recall for airbag- called dealership and was told chrysler did not send parts. Dealership explained that they would contact me when parts arrived. One month has passed and no contact received from chrysler or dealership. Should I be riding around in florida humidity without repairing these airbags? What good is a recall if it is never repaired?”

NHTSA complaint #10679636, filed 2015-01, 94,000 miles

“Takata recall - I never received a notification that I had a recall on my airbags - I will be looking into this shortly -- also, and more importantly, my engine stalls after I refuel -- there is no recall on this issue but apparently it happens a lot as I did see that there was an inquiry into this -- this just started to happen to my car in the last 2 years and so therefore it is out of warranty.”

NHTSA complaint #10939626, filed 2017-01, 100,000 miles

“We were driving on the freeway and we slowed down for traffic. We were going about 25 miles an hour when we got hit from behind. The car was going 40 to 50 miles an hour. The whole dash - stereo and etc came apart but neither the driver or passenger airbag deployed?? I just bought the car from a dealership in september 2013 so everything should have been in working order.”

NHTSA complaint #10573542, filed 2014-03, 102,000 miles

“Head lights flash while driving then shut off then come back on. As I down shifted on the freeway the car died and check engine light came on now I'm stuck with a broke down car. It shifted really hard and died at the same time the check engine came on”

NHTSA complaint #10839218, filed 2016-03, 112,132 miles

“Has anyone else had issues with their brakes seeming to lock up and airbag light in dash coming on after r25 recall repair???? Dealer refuses to address these problems without me paying for diagnositics to be run first & I don't have $100+ to pay out of pocket. These issues started the day I drove it home after getting the recall repaired.... .. Help?!?!! I paid for new brakes bc I figured it could be strictly coincidence, but the light & beeping too?!? No way!!!!”
