“After I filled up on gas I drove out of the station and a block later while traveling 35 MPH my car completely turned off and the oil light came on. I could not steer or brake. I got out of the road put it in park and it started right up. I decided to drive two blocks farther to the oil change place and it did it again just died while driving down a busy street but started right up. I took it to a mechanic who could not find any codes or any problems.”

NHTSA complaint #11074058, filed 2018-02, 99,000 miles

“Has anyone else had issues with their brakes seeming to lock up and airbag light in dash coming on after r25 recall repair???? Dealer refuses to address these problems without me paying for diagnositics to be run first & I don't have $100+ to pay out of pocket. These issues started the day I drove it home after getting the recall repaired.... .. Help?!?!! I paid for new brakes bc I figured it could be strictly coincidence, but the light & beeping too?!? No way!!!!”

NHTSA complaint #10874243, filed 2016-06, 164,000 miles

“I was driving my car on 1/1/2015 and it just cut off and wouldn't crank back, I was glad I was turning on my street, and the back right e- brakes came apart and tore up, when I also make a right or left turn the steering section makes a funny noise, and the engine light will not cut off. I am on disability and receive very low income of $721 and I am taking care of two children out of that and I am 59 years old, so can you all please help me get my car back on the road, please.”

NHTSA complaint #10671222, filed 2015-01, 124,850 miles

“Upon braking, I experience vibrations in the steering. Took to a dealer who examined my wheels and determination is warped front rotors. I have 16, 000 miles on my car and warped rotors? Service manager advised to replace rotors at consumer expense. I feel as many other Dodge Charger owners with the same problem, it is a manufacturer defect.”
