NHTSA complaint #10029117, filed 2003-07, 45,390 miles

“I previously complained about steering problem with 2000 Dodge Durango. I paid nearly $2,000.00 in october 2003 to have problem fixed. It still pulled to the left. Mechanic said that it was because the tires were worn out. I just bought new tires and the car pulls to the right real bad. I went back to the tire store they replaced the front left tire and I still have problem. I am concerned for my and my families safety. When I go over a bump or train track or groove in the road my car jumps to the left.”

NHTSA complaint #10056721, filed 2004-02

“Air conditioner not cooling when 85 degrees or hotter. When set to max AC, only get cool or warm air. The vehicle is a 2000 with only 50,000 miles on it. I have had it back to the used car dealer and they say everything seems to be working properly.”
