“I was driving in heavy rush hour traffic at 55 MPH when my left front tire rapidly went flat do to the TPMS valve stem failure causing me to take evasive action in order to avoid a multi vehicle collision. This driving on a flat tire caused extensive side wall damage to my new tire with only 6000 miles on it, $233.00 to replace it low cost to avoid a major accident.”
NHTSA complaint #10743466, filed 2015-07, 53,811 miles“K17 recall closed back in dec '10. Today the exact same issue is happening (never happened before, but apparently the recall was closed during another service), and since the recall is closed, I'm expected to pay for diagnostics and repairs on something that I have no proof that was actually repaired. I'm guessing when the recall was closed, the issue was never actually fixed.”
NHTSA complaint #10759521, filed 2015-08, 109,000 miles“My truck is subject to chrysler safety recall h08. In january I received a recall letter but parts have not been made available to fix this problem for six months. Chrysler customer relations will not say that it is safe for me to drive my vehicle. I think chrysler is stalling. Whatever the government can do to help us consumers would be appreciated.”
NHTSA complaint #10522945, filed 2013-07, 2,160 miles“The tipm has gone up with less than 100,000 miles on the truck and its very costly also I have to keep replacing the blend door actuator I have done this like 4 times its a lot of money and a hassle why havent these things been recalled”
NHTSA complaint #11180855, filed 2019-02, 86,000 miles“Vehicle power failure while moving on three occasions. Vehicle loses all power including steering. Have already replaced several sensors and the PCM with no success. Very hazardous to me and all motorists around me.”
