“The contact owns a 2009 Dodge RAM 3500. While driving approximate 40 MPH, the engine warning indicator illuminated and remained illuminated until the engine was turned off. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer twelve times where the technician would reset the emission senor each time because there was not a remedy available to correct the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the consistent defect. The approximate failure mileage was unavailable.”
