Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“In the middle of heavy rush hour traffic, my drivers seat back fell back. I had to clutch the steering wheel to stay upright and traveled to another lane but luckily did not hit another vehicle. I have found reference on the internet to a recall for this specific problem on other 1995 Eagle visions, but our dealer states that my car is not covered on this recall.”
