“The floor board is missing underneath the driver's side. I can see what looks like gears. Not quite sure. Difficulty with braking. Hard to stop. I hear flapping noises coming from rear of vehicle when driving. Not quite if it's the suspension”

NHTSA complaint #11550311, filed 2023-10

“The contact owns a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact had taken the vehicle for scheduled maintenance and was informed that the rear shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle was bouncing while depressing the accelerator or while driving over a deformation in the roadway. The contact stated that the vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000.”

NHTSA complaint #11666698, filed 2025-06, 48,000 miles

“Ford cannot fix the fuel injector issue which according to Ford can start a fire in the engine. Now the water pump had to be replaced as it was leaking coolant. No recall. And the front shocks are leaking fluid. The seat belt fix remains as Ford does not have the parts. This is a 3 year old vehicle that has been the subject to several recalls and more recalls by Ford need implemented. I have not gone without a vehicle for over 8 days. And again an engine light is one that Ford is still looking into.”

NHTSA complaint #11762229, filed 2026-09

“The contact owns a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle pulled to the right with the tire pressure warning light illuminated. The driver was forced to steer the vehicle to the left to center the vehicle. The vehicle had been taken to two separate dealers where a total of four-wheel alignments were performed on the vehicle. However, after the repairs, the failure persisted. The contact then stated that after his wife had completed a right turn, there was an abnormal, popping sound coming from the vehicle. …”
