“I took my Bronco into Michigan City Ford for recall 25V273 repair. Shortly after this the front camera stopped working. I took it back in and they are saying the camera module is M2DZ-19H405-D has gone bad. They are saying this module controls front and rear camera but is not part of the recall. On the internet, there are many examples of the front camera issue after the rear recall repair.”

“When I try and electronically close my windows they don't always roll up completely. I can open and close the door to get them to roll up. It's random and not always the same windows.”

NHTSA complaint #11522032, filed 2023-05

“The infotainment system, radio, backup camera has been frozen or does not come on startup of car. This means the backup camera has been frozen or does not come on when in reverse which is a safety issue. This put people and objects at risk when I backup. This has been happening about once a month if not more. In the cooler months it happens more. I have video proof of this happening and have provided this proof to a Ford dealer. I have taken in my Branco multilabel times to get this checked and they have not been able to reproduce this.”

NHTSA complaint #11586271, filed 2024-05

“Since I took delivery of my 2023 Ford Bronco on August 1, 2023 I have not been able to connect to the FordPass (get updates, etc..). Dealer replaced the Gateway Module and has not been able to load software onto the module. The Gateway Module is a hub that routes signal to major components of the vehicle (safety, body control, telematics, power train, etc..). Since replacing the Gateway Module, Ford has been unable to get the software to load properly. This issue has manifested itself in not only the Bronco, but the F-150 and Bronco Sport as well. …”

NHTSA complaint #11557787, filed 2023-11

“My vehicle has both cracked and leaking rear shocks as well as issues with the rearview camera and infotainment system. I have gone through two Ford Dealerships to remedy this issue and was told parts are on back order. I attempted to remedy this issue when I first received notification that parts were available in August 2025. When I drive, I can feel the suspension is not providing support and continued use will cause other issues with the vehicle that may not be covered under warranty or the recall. My vehicle will also trigger the collision avoidance feature when there is physical trigger. …”
