“The contact owns a 2020 Ford EcoSport. The contact stated while driving at approximately 50 MPH, the vehicle independently steered into the opposite lane of oncoming traffic. The contact stated that extra effort was needed to steer the vehicle back into the lane. The contact stated that the vehicle again steered independently into the opposite lane. The contact was able to regain control and pulled the vehicle over. The contact turned off and restarted the vehicle and was able to continue driving to her destination. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. …”
