“Sometimes when you're driving, the rear cargo door opens on its own. Sometimes it opens completely and stuff falls out. I took it to the dealership and they kept it 2 days. Since it didn't happen to them they won't do any repairs. I looked online and in the ecosport forums many people are having this problem”

NHTSA complaint #11570654, filed 2024-02

“This car was hit and the seat bent. I am still dealing with hip neck knee and shoulder injuries. It was a rental car. I was sitting at a red light. An 8 ton box truck hit it going approx 45 MPH. I sustained a concussion. 2 months later I had a hemorrhagic stroke.”
